Terms and Conditions for Business Jet catering deliveries at Catering platform catering.jet.paris by Jet Paris SAS

Order types and delivery


Business hours: Catering orders can be placed 24/7 by using the Jet Paris order platform (https://catering.jet.paris/) and will be confirmed by Jet Paris after the catering partner confirmation during their business hours: daily from 09:00 until 18:00. The order confirmation follows latest 4 hours after order reception within the business hours, by e-mail.

Delivery hours: Deliveries are provided daily between 06:00 and 24:00.

Regular delivery: The delivery of orders comprising the full choice of menu items published on the Jet Paris platform can only be guaranteed by the Jet Paris/catering partner if the order is placed at least 24 hours before delivery during business hours. It is within the ordering party’s (subsequently referred to as “customer”) responsibility to ensure reception of the order confirmation. If no confirmation is received in due time, the ordering customer must contact Jet Paris to request the order confirmation.

Order changes or amendments: Any changes or amendments to existing orders can be submitted anytime directly to Jet Paris by telephone or e-mail (extra charge may apply). For short-term amendments or changes (less than 12 hours) the availability of the requested items cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests: Special catering requests which are not part of the standard menu published on https://catering.jet.paris/ have to be announced to Jet Paris at least 36 hours before delivery. Jet Paris will assess the order and decide if or to what extent the requested items can be provided.

Transport: The transport of the catering will be provided by the local catering partner or arranged by Jet Paris, as indicated in the order. The operator is responsible to ensure that a crew member or any company representative will be present to accept and sign off the catering delivery upon arrival at the previously agreed location. It is within the Jet Paris’s local catering partner responsibility to provide suitable packaging and cooling of the catering according to HACCP standards for the transport.

Cancellation Policy


Orders could be cancelled 48 hours prior the departure with service fee of 200 EURO.

Prices


All prices published on the Jet Paris system (https://catering.jet.paris/) are net (excluding tax) in local currency of the country of airport.


Payment


Payment can be provided by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at the order, and the amount due is charged in local currency. In case the payment is done in foreign currencies the daily exchange rates determined by the bank, handling payment, would apply.


Liability


From the moment the crew or any representative of the operator accepts the catering the Jet Paris’s local catering partner is no longer liable for the handling or cooling of the delivered goods. Jet Paris SAS acts as an intermediary between the ordering custmer and local caterering partner serviced by DeliSky platform and does not accept any responsibility or liability for anything at any time during the catering order and delivery process.
